About me
With a background in youth engagement and active citizenship (European Youth Parliament), I specialised in social innovation, cross-sector collaboration, ecosystem leadership, and systems change. With collaboratio helvetica, I facilitate the emergence of Social Innovation Labs and other systems change initiatives. My work has led me to being invited to consult, speak and shape agendas on a global scale, and be honoured by institutions such as UNESCO, Forbes 30 under 30, UNEP and the Dalai Lama Fellowship.
Impact
In 2017, I co-founded collaboratio helvetica, an initiative dedicated to systems change towards the Agenda 2030 in Switzerland. We are a self-organised team nurturing a community of change-makers, and building the culture, capacity and resources to co-create the Switzerland we want to live in. In 2023, I founded the well change atelier to make art-based practices for well-being and creativity more accessible to changemakers.

From ego to eco
Applying awareness-based and collaborative methods for social innovation such as Theory U and Art of Hosting, the focus of my work is bringing diverse stakeholders together to transform the systems we have built and that no longer serve our needs.
