I am incredibly grateful and honoured to have been selected as a Dalai Lama Fellow as part of the 2023 Cohort.
In July, I had a incredible time at the Contemplative Leadership Assembly of the Dalai Lama Fellowship (@dlfellows). The most amazing people, insightful conversations, nourishing spaces, expansive creative processes, and so much more.
It will take time to fully integrate this experience and its many teachings. For now I can only say how grateful I am, and that it truly showed me what is possible show up with self-awareness, care, curiosity, and genuinely celebrate each other. Thank you thank you thank you!
